Return & Refund Policy

At Entré Latinas, every item is made with love and created just for you. Because many of our products are custom-made or printed to order, we kindly ask that you review our policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Color preference
• Personalized or limited-edition items

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the error was ours.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by Entré Latinas.
