Thank you for shopping with Entré Latinas! Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with love.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Limited-edition collections, pre-orders, and high-volume launches (such as anniversary collections) may require additional processing time. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Local Pickup (when offered): You'll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or local pickup for Entré Latinas events.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Entré Latinas is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@entrelatinas.org. We'll do our best to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, we're happy to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
We'll work quickly to make it right.
